Red Hen Chardonnay - Napa Valley

The Red Hen vineyard is located in the Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley, which consistently produces incredibly lush and concentrated Chardonnay grapes. The vineyard is planted on the Wente clone, which is well known producing for small berries, small clusters, and small yields, with a reputation for fruit forward focused wines of intensity and vigor.

Brilliant and straw-like in appearance. Lush, ripe fruit. Pineapple and peaches on the nose. Lively and rich with excellent balance of ripe peach and pineapple fruit. Charming acidity with a long elegant finish.
